location, plus interpretation. The fracture strike distribution is far more
complex than was originally anticipated; its interpretation appears to be
geologically reasonable with most fracture orientations paralleling the major
geologic features: the anticline (140 degrees) and the fault (90 degrees). The
high values of crack density on the lower right side of the figure are due to
edge effects.
