New SEM images of many holotypes and paratypes have been added to the database. In some cases, the SEM images reveal significant inaccuracies of the original illustrations (e.g., compare edge view SEM and drawings for these two species). Such inaccuracies have contributed to uncertainty and inconsistency in the understanding of species concepts.
