Interest in Previous HithorizontalNext Hit drilling has exploded at a rate Previous HitwellNext Hit above even the most optimistic projections. Certainly, this technique will not end with the Bakken and Austin Chalk plays. However, future reservoirs will undoubtedly require much more complicated Previous HitwellNext Hit designs and multi-disciplined technical interaction than has been used so far. The Previous HithorizontalNext Hit drilling costs are too high to permit resolving of all the technical issues by trial and error. A multi-disciplinary team approach will be required in order for Previous HithorizontalTop drilling to achieve its economic potential.
